Secretariat Support
We currently service more than a dozen state and national based associations with member bases ranging from 27 to 3,000 members.
Our team of administrators work closely with association executives to manage and communicate with members.
Our strategic skills have been used to successfully generate legislative reform and policy change at all levels of government across Australia.
McCalls' can provide Executive Director level support, Consultant support through to administrative support including , government relations, issues management, media training – McCalls' offer a range of specialist services to suit your needs and budget.

Membership Services
We provide a full service in administering membership on behalf of Associations and other entities including applications, renewals, communications, inquiry servicing. McCalls' can provide web based information libraries, email communications as well as fax streams and mail outs.
Financial Management
McCalls' engages accounting expertise to provide a full range of financial services including; Monthly financials/reconciliation of accounts, preparation of reports, accounts receivables, accounts payable, chart of accounts, follow up of outstanding debts, preparation of BAS statements and liaison with auditors for auditing of accounts.
Event Management
Managing different events such as business luncheons, seminars and industry congresses is core business for McCalls'.
Skill and flair is applied to venue choice, catering, theming, agenda development, procedures management, entertainment, audio visual, still photography, promotion, sponsor profiling and management.
An integral part of McCalls' event management process is the coordination of detailed programs that are objectives focused to ensure all essential communication outcomes are achieved.

Industry Association representing over 170 companies throughout Qld from the Cleaning, Security and Traffic Control Industry.
Australian Association of Practice Managers (NSW Branch)
Representing Practice Managers and the profession of Practice Management at a state level, this association has approximately 550 members in the NSW division.
Australian Resident Accommodation Managers Association Qld Inc (ARAMA)
A professional association representing more than 1,000 Resident accommodation managers in 7 branches in Queensland. Members manage buildings for holiday letting, permanent rental buildings and some have buildings that have a mixture of holiday and permanent letting.
Community Titles Institute Queensland Limited (CTIQ)
The peak industry body for Body Corporate and Community Title Management in Queensland. Currently has over 300 members.
National Community Title Institute (NCTI)
Australian national representative professional association for home owners, community associations, body corporate management practitioners, solicitors, trades people, insurers, bankers and other parties involved in the professional, full-time administration of community and strata schemes. The State institutes are direct members and they have about 1600 members Australia wide.
Association of Self Insured Employers of Queensland (ASIEQ)
An incorporated Association servicing all 24 licensed Queensland self insurers' as well as various Associate Members. Members cover 282 employers in Queensland who collectively employ more than 176,000 Queenslanders.
